Held during the Summer Solstice that brings

the promise of abundance and flowering, this 

retreat will restore your awareness of your 

own abundance and aid you in flowering into 

your goddess self. 

 As you Belly Dance, you will learn sacred, 

somatic practices including mudras and chakra 

opening exercises that you can infuse in your 

daily routine.  

Walk the land as African-American and 

Indigenous healers did long ago, forage for sacred 

healing herbs and create medicinal preparations 

rooted in place.
